I started The Staffing Specialist at a point in my career where I had already achieved everything I thought I wanted.
I had built and sold two companies, worked with top executives including Jack and Suzy Welch, found success in an industry I loved, and could have continued on that path. Instead, I made a different decision.
I wanted to get back to the ground floor, inside a company, where I could just be a recruiter. Not a CEO, not removed from the work. Just a recruiter. Okay, maybe "the recruiter."
What I didn't expect was what came next. I found a completely new level of energy, purpose, and love for what I do.
